Our Story
A new healthcare education company, built around practice
MediEdify Global was founded in 2026 around a simple observation: across the healthcare professions, the gap between what students and trainees are taught and what they are expected to do is closed almost entirely by practical experience, and practical experience is exactly what is hardest to get.
So we build the opposite of a lecture series. Workshops with real equipment and small groups. Conferences where the hands-on sessions matter as much as the podium. Educational experiences that put students, trainees and qualified professionals in the same room, across disciplines, because that is how healthcare actually works.
Our first international conference takes place at the Medical University of Sofia in October 2026, and it sets the pattern we intend to keep. We are at the beginning, we are ambitious about where this goes, and being founded in 2026 is part of the story rather than something to hide.

Our first international conference, hosted at the Medical University of Sofia on 24-25 October 2026, with parallel medical and dental programmes and hands-on workshops throughout.

Learning by doing
Practical skill comes from supervised repetition, not from watching a demonstration. Our sessions are built around delegates having the equipment in their hands.
Accessible education
Good teaching should not depend on which institution or country you happen to train in. Widening access to practical education is the reason we exist.
Multidisciplinary by design
Healthcare is delivered by teams. We teach across medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, emergency care, allied health and the healthcare sciences, and put those professions in the same rooms.
Honesty about what we are
We are new. We would rather say so, and say plainly what a session can and cannot do for you, than inflate our history or our numbers.
Collaboration
We build with universities, societies, educators and students rather than delivering at them. Most of our programme comes from people who volunteered an idea.
Quality over volume
Small groups, close supervision and enough time to practise properly. That caps how many places we can offer, and it is the right trade.
Our Approach
How we build practical education
A key part of MediEdify Global is learning by doing. These are the design decisions that follow from taking that seriously.

Hands-on before anything else
Every workshop is designed around what a delegate will physically do, and how many times they will do it. If a skill cannot be practised in the session, it belongs in a talk instead, and we will say so.

Small groups and close supervision
Practical sessions are capped by the equipment and supervision available rather than by demand. It limits places and it is the single biggest reason our sessions work.

Across the whole healthcare sector
Medicine and dentistry are where we started, and nursing, pharmacy, emergency and pre-hospital care, allied health and the healthcare sciences are part of the same plan rather than an afterthought.

Students and professionals together
We deliberately mix career stages. Students get exposure to how experienced clinicians think, and experienced clinicians get a reminder of what is genuinely difficult.

International from the start
Our first conference is in Bulgaria, our team and our network are distributed, and our programmes are built to travel rather than to serve one city.

Honest about limits
An introductory workshop does not make anyone independent, and we say what supervised practice still needs to follow. Where an event is CPD accredited we will state it specifically for that event, and where it is not we will not imply otherwise.

Our October 2026 conference is specifically a medical and dental conference. The company is deliberately wider than that, and the site is built so new disciplines can be added as we grow.

Our commitment to access
Widening access to practical education is the reason MediEdify Global exists. These are the commitments that follow, and we would rather be held to them than to a slogan.
- Keep student and trainee places affordable at every event we run
- Publish what a session covers, and what it does not, before anyone books
- Design for delegates travelling internationally, including visa support letters
- Work with student societies and universities rather than around them
- Say when we are not the right fit for what someone needs
