In 2026. We are a new organisation and we would rather say so than imply a longer history. Our first international conference takes place in October 2026 at the Medical University of Sofia.

Is MediEdify Global only for doctors and dentists?

No. We are a healthcare education company across the sector: medicine, dentistry, nursing, pharmacy, emergency and pre-hospital care, allied health professions, biomedical and healthcare sciences, and multidisciplinary sessions designed for mixed groups. Our October 2026 conference is specifically a medical and dental conference, but it is one event rather than the limit of what we do.

Where are you based?

MediEdify Global works internationally and is delivered by a distributed team rather than from a network of offices. Our first conference is hosted in Sofia, Bulgaria, and our programmes are designed to travel.

What does "learning by doing" actually mean in practice?

It means our sessions are designed around what a delegate will physically do and how many times they will do it. Small groups, real equipment, close supervision and enough time to repeat a technique rather than attempt it once. Where a topic cannot be practised, we teach it as a talk and say so.

Who can attend?

Medical and dental students, foundation doctors, dental core trainees, specialty trainees, practising professionals and clinical educators. Student societies and university groups are welcome to register as a delegation.

How do I register?

Through the registration form on the conference page. We confirm your place, programme stream and workshop allocation by email. Registration fees are being finalised and will be confirmed before any payment is due.

Are the workshops included?

Yes. Registration includes your allocated hands-on workshops. Places in each workshop are limited by the equipment and supervision it needs, so they are allocated in registration order based on the preferences you give us.

Can I speak or run a workshop at the conference?

Yes, proposals are open. See the Get Involved page for the speaker and workshop routes, and we will come back to you about fit and programme space.

How large are the groups?

Small enough that everyone gets meaningful hands-on time. The exact cap depends on the equipment and the number of supervisors a session needs, which is why places are limited rather than open-ended.

Do I need experience to attend?

Each workshop states who it is for. Several are designed specifically for students and delegates who have not performed the skill under supervision before; others assume some existing practice. If you are unsure, ask us and we will tell you honestly whether a session fits your stage.

Will a workshop make me competent in the skill?

A workshop gives you supervised practice and correction, which is the fastest way to improve. It does not, on its own, make anyone independently competent, and where that is the case the workshop says so and states what supervised practice still needs to follow.

Are workshops multidisciplinary?

Many are. Some are specific to one profession because the skill is, and some are designed deliberately for mixed groups because the work is done in teams. Each workshop lists the professions it is aimed at, and the workshops page can be filtered by specialty.

How do I hear about new workshops?

Workshops still being scheduled are listed as in development with a route to register interest, and we announce dates by email and on our social channels first.

Are MediEdify Global events CPD accredited?

Where CPD accreditation has been granted for a specific event or course, we state it on that event, including the awarding body and the credit value. We do not make a blanket accreditation claim across the organisation, and we do not describe an event as accredited before that is confirmed.

Do you accredit other providers?

No. MediEdify Global does not offer CPD accreditation services to other education providers. If we introduce that in future it will be set out clearly as a distinct service.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes. Delegates receive a certificate of attendance for the events and workshops they complete. A certificate of attendance records that you were there and what the session covered; it is not a statement of assessed competence unless the event specifically included an assessment, in which case it will say so.

Can I join the MediEdify Global team?

Yes. We are new and growing, and much of what we do is built by people who volunteered to build it. We welcome students and professionals from any healthcare discipline, as well as people with events, operations, design or communications experience.

How do I become a speaker or workshop lead?

Send us a proposal through the Get Involved page. For talks, tell us what the audience will take away. For workshops, tell us what delegates will physically practise. We are open to proposals from trainees as well as senior clinicians.

How do partnerships work?

We work with universities, student societies, professional bodies and healthcare organisations on events, delegate access and joint delivery. Only organisations with a genuine confirmed relationship appear on our partners page, and every arrangement is described in plain terms.

Can my organisation sponsor an event?

Yes. Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities are available for our conferences and workshops. We keep the number of sponsors deliberately small and disclose every arrangement on the relevant event page.

Do you offer online courses?

Our primary focus is currently on delivering immersive, in-person clinical workshops and international conferences where tactile skills can be practised directly. As our curriculum expands, digital learning modules will be announced alongside their accreditation details.

Delegates attending our conferences and workshops receive comprehensive clinical workbooks, presentation slides, and procedural reference guides directly relevant to their chosen sessions.

Is there a MediEdify Global membership?

Not currently. All of our conferences, workshops, and educational sessions are open directly to healthcare students, trainees, and professionals without requiring an ongoing membership fee.

How do you collect and share delegate reviews?

We believe in absolute integrity: we only publish verified feedback from delegates who have attended our programmes. Delegate testimonials from our inaugural conference in Sofia will be published transparently following the event.
